How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your Order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, you would receive an email and SMS with a unique Order ID (eg. RH0123456789), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. Upon shipping, another initimation would be sent across to you. Let me check the status of order
How do I update my personal information?
Kindly go to the "My Account" section on the top right side and use the ‘update information’ tab to update your address and other details
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, delivery address can be changed if the shipment has not gone out for delivery.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes, the orders can be cancelled if they have not been processed.
The goods have been returned. When will I get the refund?
It takes upto 3 days for us to receive the goods post which the refund is processed. Your bank may take 2-4 business days for net banking purchases and 3-5 business days for credit/debit card purchases to credit the refund amount to your account.
My order status is showing as cancelled

I could not receive the product since I was travelling / etc

Can you gift wrap my order?
Currently we do not offer gift wrapping facility. However, all products are delivered with elegantly done packaging from luxehues.
Can I exchange any items?
We allow exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choice
I have received the wrong size / color
Please email us the picture on care@luxehues.com so that our QC team can validate the request. Once confirmed, we will arrange for the items to be picked up and dispatch the correct specifications
The product I received is damaged
Kindly share the pictures of the damaged product. Once verified by the Quality Assurance team, we will arrange for the reverse pickup and dispatch the replacement. Kindly pack the product along with the invoice and the original brand packaging when you return the goods
Do I need to pay for courier charges?
No, no payments are to be made for return of goods
I would like to self ship the product
We do not recommend self shipping since you may be liable only in case of damages.
