When will I get the additional data voucher under the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer?
You will get the 10GB additional data voucher on a recharge of Rs. 309 and 15GB additional data voucher on a recharge of Rs. 509, every time you perform a recharge for a maximum of 6/12 recharges, on or after 16th June, 2017, as the case maybe. The additional data voucher will be credited within 48 hours of every successful recharge and can be accessed under the ‘My Vouchers’ section of the MyJio application. You need to redeem the voucher to activate the same.

Can the additional data voucher, under the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer, be added to my daily/monthly data limit automatically whenever I perform a recharge?
No. You will need to redeem the voucher by going into the MyJio Application. This will enable you to utilise the additional data voucher as per your convenience.

Will the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer be available, if I purchase a Samsung device from an ecommerce site?
Yes, “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer is available for all eligible Samsung devices, purchased from stores as well as ecommerce sites in India and activated for the first time on the Jio network on or after 16th June, 2017 and during the offer period.

What will be the validity of the Additional Data Voucher, under the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer?
Additional Data Vouchers will have the same validity as per their respective base plans.
For example, if you have done a recharge of Rs. 309 on 1st July, 2017 and your base plan has validity of 28 days, the validity of the voucher will be till 28th July, 2017.
If the voucher that is credited to your account is redeemed on 3rd July, 2017, you can use the additional 10GB of data for 26 days (till 28th July, 2017). Similarly, if you redeem the voucher on 15th July, 2017, the 10GB additional data will be valid for 14 days (till 28th July, 2017).

Can the additional data voucher, under the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer, be used on any other device?
No, the additional data voucher can only be availed on eligible Samsung device on which the recharge has been performed.

If I am using Jio SIMs in both SIM slots of the device, will I get the Additional Data vouchers, under the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer, on both SIMs?
No, the additional data vouchers that you have received as a part of the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer can be used only once per eligible device.

Is the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer applicable to existing Jio subscribers as well?
Yes, the offer is applicable to both existing as well as new Jio subscribers.

Can I avail any other offer along with the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer?
No, two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. However, the Eligible Subscriber will be entitled to avail the benefits under “Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan”, till such time that it is available.

You will be notified via appropriate means when a voucher has been credited to your account.

How can I redeem the additional data vouchers under the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer?
To redeem the additional data vouchers, go to the My Vouchers” section in MyJio app. Click on ‘’Recharge” after selecting the additional data voucher.

I have a daily data quota of 1GB/2GB as per my plan. When will data be consumed from the 10GB additional data voucher that I have been given as part of the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer?
Data consumption will always happen first from the entitlement of your active tariff plan. After your plan entitlement is exhausted, the data consumption will automatically start from the redeemed additional data voucher.
For example:
If you have recharged with Rs. 309 and redeemed an additional data voucher of 10GB, once your daily entitlement of 1GB has been consumed on any given day, your data speed will not be throttled and instead you will start consuming data from the 10GB redeemed additional data voucher.
At mid-night when the daily plan data entitlement counter resets and the 1GB daily entitlement for the next day gets activated for consumption, your data consumption will automatically stop from the 10GB redeemed additional data voucher.

Will I be eligible for additional data vouchers under the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer if I use my Jio SIM in slot 2 of my (eligible) device?
Yes, you can avail the additional data vouchers of the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer by using your Jio SIM in either of the SIM slots of the eligible device.

After availing the offer on 30th June 2017, if I sell my (eligible) device to another user in November 2017, will the new user be entitled to the benefits of “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer?
Yes, the new user will be entitled to any remaining offer benefits, provided the new user performs a Jio recharge of Rs. 309 or Rs. 509 on that device. Additional data voucher will be credited only for a total of 6 recharges for Group-1 devices and 12 recharges for Group-2 devices, as the case maybe, of Rs. 309 or Rs. 509 performed during the entitlement period per eligible device.

Can the additional data voucher under the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer be transferred to any other Jio number?
No, the additional data voucher is non-transferable. The additional data voucher can be availed only for the Jio number using which, the recharge(s) of Rs. 309 or Rs. 509 has been done.

Can I redeem multiple additional data vouchers under the “Jio Samsung Additional Data” offer at the same time?
Yes, you are free to redeem multiple additional data vouchers that may remain unused by you, at the same time, in any recharge cycle period. Please note that once you redeem any unused additional data vouchers in a recharge cycle period, the validity of such additional data vouchers will be limited to that recharge cycle period to which the said additional data vouchers have been applied. Subject to the foregoing, additional data vouchers that are not redeemed during the entitlement period, will expire and be forfeited
